Kiran is the founder of Focus and has been at the helm since the business started in 2014.
Kiran is highly regarded by his peers in the energy industry; he has an extensive network of contacts and a wealth of experience in the direct sales sector. Naturally he’s proud of the strong business that Focus has become, but mostly Kiran is proud of the people who are Focus.
He firmly believes that in developing a deep understanding of the customers they work with and by building up long-standing relationships, Focus really help their customers to improve their businesses. He knows that in times of skills shortages, like we are currently seeing in the Sales, IT and engineering sectors, only those organisations that are serious about the value of a motivated and skilled workforce will succeed.
Having been at FOCUS since almost the very beginning, Jenny has spent her time building a Customer Services specialist delivery team. In 2019, Jenny was appointed our new HR Manager bringing with her an understanding of best practice in recruitment and of our customers. She has already helped provide direction to guide the careers of many Focus staff so HR is a natural fit for her.
Jenny believes it’s because our team listens to what their customers need and consistently take care of everything that we have retained many staff members and customers over the years.
